| | Metal Mask is a single component polyurethane coating
that makes any metal surface look exactly like new bare
metal. |
Metal Mask is non-porous and will not crack, chip, or peel
when properly applied. It has great scratch and abrasion
resistance and its not sensitive to UV light. Follow the
directions carefully and you will be rewarded with the
finest protective coating for metal available anywhere!
Application:
Wash the part to be painted with Marine Clean to remove
grease, wax, oil, or silicone. Apply Metal Ready to etch
the surface. If it is a new part, Metal Mask can be applied
directly to the surface. If it is an old rusted part, we
suggest using POR-15 Rust Preventive paint first, then applying
Metal Mask as a top coat. This will insure the best protection
possible.
Uses; undercarriage components, gas tanks, steering components,
hood latches, hinges, and springs.
Half Pint covers @ 25 sq. ft.
Pint covers @ 50 sq. ft.
Quart covers @ 96 sq. ft.
